Plain-language terms for using Throughscan. By using the tools you agree to these.

What this is

Throughscan produces analysis and reports from support data you upload. It is decision support, not professional, legal, or financial advice. You are responsible for how you act on the output.

Payment and refunds

The maturity assessment is free. The full assessment is a one-time $199, handled by Stripe. If it is not useful to you, email us within 7 days of purchase and we will refund it, no questions asked.

The generated drafts are starting points

The macros and knowledge-base articles Throughscan produces are AI-generated drafts built from your own data. Review and edit them before putting them in front of customers. They carry no warranty of accuracy or fitness for a particular use.

Your data

You may only upload data you have the right to share. Data handling is covered in the privacy note: export-first, with common identifiers redacted before analysis, never sold or used for training.

No warranty

The service is provided as is, without warranty of any kind. To the extent the law allows, Throughscan is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the output.
