Throughscan

About

The judgment is the product.

Throughscan reads your own ticket export and tells you, honestly, where your support operation stands and what to fix first. The hard numbers are computed from your file. Everything the model contributes is labeled as a read or a draft, never dressed up as a measurement. That discipline comes from one operator who got tired of watching support tools claim things they could not prove.

Who builds it

Throughscan is built by Johnny Khabushani. I spent a decade running support for enterprise B2B SaaS companies: building and systematizing the function, not just staffing it. I led help-desk migrations across Intercom, Zendesk, and Salesforce, architecting each environment from scratch, and built the client-facing knowledge bases that deflect repeat tickets. As a two-person team with no added headcount, we absorbed roughly 30% ticket growth over two years while holding a median first reply under two hours and resolving 96% of tickets without escalation. More recently I built an internal AI support assistant on the Claude API, grounded in the full product knowledge base, so the senior answer was one paste away at any hour. Throughscan is part of Project Promethean, where I build production AI systems.

Why I built this

I kept doing the same analysis by hand for my own team: pulling the real median and p90 behind the average that flatters everyone, finding what customers actually contact us about, figuring out which answers were worth turning into macros and knowledge-base articles. Most support leaders cannot get those numbers out of their help desk, do not have an analyst to build them, and cannot justify a five-figure consultant to find out. Throughscan is that work, done from your own history, in minutes, for the price of a nice dinner. It refuses to guess, and it tells you plainly what your export cannot show, because an audit you cannot trust is worse than none.

The honest part

There is no benchmark corpus behind a fake industry average, no fabricated testimonials, and no claim the math is secret. The deterministic numbers are reproducible: an analyst can open your file and get the same result. What you are paying for is an independent read, computed the same way every time and labeled so it survives a board review, from someone who has actually run the seat you are sitting in.
